- Initial service may require additional chemical treatment and is subject to clean out charges (usually $30 or less)
- Initial service requires inside access to harborage areas (attic voids, refrigerators, dishwashers, under sinks etc)
- Subsequent service will be exterior only unless a persistent pest problem is noted indoors
- Service is performed every 3 months
- Pests controlled under this agreement are: centipedes, earwigs, fire ants, firebrats, hornet nests, mice, millipedes, pill bugs, rats, roaches, scorpions, silverfish, sow bugs, spiders and wasp nests
- The following pests typically require additional charges: fleas, pantry pests, moths, wood boring beetles, crickets, pharoh ants, carpenter ants, crazy ants, bats, bees, snakes, termites, wild animals, mites, ticks, squirells, opossums, raccoons, flies, mosquitos, lizards, frogs, bed bugs
- No appointment needed after initial service
- Service includes power spray around perimeter of home
